Privacy
runyard's iPhone and Android apps, its web UI and this website. October 31, 2026.
runyard is software you run on your own server. Nothing in it sends your data to us or to anyone else: no accounts with us, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.
The apps
The iPhone and Android apps talk only to the runyard server whose address you type in. The address and your sign-in session stay on the phone (the iPhone keychain, the Android app's private storage) and are deleted when you choose "Change server" or remove the app.
"Try the demo" runs entirely on the phone with made-up training runs; it makes no network requests.
If you install the iPhone beta through TestFlight, Apple handles the crash reports and feedback you choose to send, under Apple's privacy policy.
Your server
Runs, metrics, logs, samples and notifications live in the server and database you run. Notifications go only to the channels you configure (ntfy, Slack, Discord, Telegram, a webhook or web push).
This website
runyard.cobanov.dev sets no cookies and has no analytics. The live demo runs in your browser with made-up data. Cloudflare serves the site and may keep the usual request logs.
